Amaryllis Scandal: PAC to Hear from Zamba, Bank Officials, Investors

The Public Accounts Committee (PAC) investigation into the Amaryllis Hotel scandal is ongoing, with the committee expected to meet former Reserve Bank Governor, Dr. Mafuta Mwale, today.
A total of five individuals are scheduled to be interviewed as the committee seeks to hear their side of the story.
According to the current schedule, the committee will meet National Bank officials on April 23. Former Secretary to the President and Cabinet, Colleen Zamba, is expected to appear before the committee on April 28, followed by the board of Yusuf Investments Limited on April 29.
The hearings are set to conclude on May 4, when the Chief Secretary to the Government is also expected to appear before the committee.
