Newborn Baby Girl Found Abandoned in Kasungu

A newborn baby girl believed to be less than five days old has been found abandoned in the area of Senior Chief Santhe in Kasungu.
Isaac Mwavuli said the incident happened yesterday, May 24, after community members discovered the baby and rushed her to Anchor Farm Health Centre for medical attention.
According to Mwavuli, the baby is currently receiving care at the facility and is reported to be in stable condition.
Meanwhile, Miracle Hauli said police are still conducting investigations before commenting further on the matter.
