Kestings Chikolopa,  a board member of the MEHN, asks the health authorities  to confiscate the medical licence of the clinician.

The clinical officer, who is suspected to have been drunk at the time, collapsed before finishing the procedure, leading to the death of the woman and her unborn child.

Preliminary investigations, by Thyolo District Hospital Officials also show that the clinician delayed in taking the patient to the theatre.
