The Malawi Communications Regulatory Authority-MACRA says there is need for more consumer awareness on the services provided by mobile operators in the country.
MACRA Board Chairperson Mrs Martha Kwataine told Journalists at a news conference in Blantyre that there are several issues consumers need to know on the products and services the operators are providing.
Mrs Kwataine remarks come after MACRA met mobile operators aimed at discussing and addressing concerns raised by their customers.
