NB Crossroads Service Centre closed after staff members tested positive for COVID-19

As the country is struggling to contain the second wave of the COVID-19, National Bank Crossroads Service Centre has been temporarily crossed after some staff members tested positive for the virus.

National Bank Management has confirmed of the development in a notice released on Thursday made available to faceofmalawi.

According to the statement, the Service centre will be reopened for business from August 15, 2021.

“Please note that Our Crossroads Service centre will be closed for business from July 30, 2021 to allow for disinfection exercise necessitated by positive cases of COVID-19 that have been registered.

“The Centre will reopen for business on 16th of August 2021. This is to ensure safety of both our staff and customers in line with the Bank’s COVID-19 policy, “reads in part the statement.
