Standard Four Leaner Hangs Himself To Death After Being Assaulted By His Mother

A Standard four learner at Kabwabwa Primary School in Lilongwe was today found hanging dead to a roof of a house with a piece of Chitenje.

Police suspect, the boy committed suicide.

A report from Kanengo Police station shows that the boy was allegedly assaulted by her mother for not chasing a goat that had entered into the house.

The boy apologized to her mother for the mistake.

But, when food was ready, the boy was found hanging dead when his sibling went to invite him for the food.

Medical report from Area 25 Health Centre shows that death occurred due to suffocation.
