Information Reaching FaceofMalawi has indicated that Former Attorney General Kalekeni Kaphale is in police custody.
He was arrested yesterday for violating road traffic regulations and assaulting a police officer on duty.
Lilongwe Police Station Public Relations Officer Hastings Chigalu, says that Kaphale is being kept at area 3 police.
