Orton Chirwa’s Son Dies

Death has been announced of Mr. Allan Fumbani Chirwa, a son to the late veteran politician Orton Chingoli Chirwa.
According to a statement from a family member Francis Chirwa, Fumbani died at Mzuzu Hospital.
His remains are expected to be laid to rest today, Friday at Manoro village in Mpamba, Nkhata Bay district.
Fumbani’s father, the late Orton Chirwa was the founding president of the ruling Malawi Congress Party (MCP).
