The tombstone unveiling of renowned actor and comedian Eric Mabedi is underway at CI Cemetery in Blantyre .
Scores of people, including actors have gathered at the CI Cemetery.
Mabedi, who was until his death, director of Kwathu Drama Group and Copyright Society of Malawi (Cosoma) Board member died on August 2021.
He was laid to rest on August 3 2021.
The comedian who formed a powerful comic duo with the late John Nyanga, trading as Izeki ndi Jakobo, was born on June 21 1963.
He hailed from Chiradzulu District .
