Fuel prices up

Fuel prices have gone up effective today with petrol now selling at K736.60 from K680.80, diesel K730.80 from K657.40 and paraffin for domestic use remains at K171 while for industrial use is going at K603 from K535.50.
The Malawi Energy Regulatory Authority said in statement issued Tuesday that it considered various economic trends including depreciation of the kwacha to increase the prices.
