Mwanza court orders sex workers to pay fine for parading naked to attract customers

The Mwanza magistrates court has ordered four sex workers who paraded naked over the weekend to pay MK 1,000 each (about U$ 2) for what it said was demeaning the lady folk in the nation.

It is said that the four had a bad business day the day when they decided to do their act. After spending nights moving across bars to no avail, they decided to stand by the road to stop traffic exposing their nakedness so as to force customers to pay them.

However, luck was not on their side as they were arrested by the Police even before convincing a single customer.

They were kept in police custody for three days before being taken before the court where they were fined for indecency.
