The family of the late Vice President Saulos Chilima will unveil his mausoleum on June 13 at Nsipe in Ntcheu, marking two years since his death in a plane crash that also killed eight others.

Speaking during preparations for the event, Efrem Chilima, chairperson of the organising committee, said the event is meant to honour the former United Transformation Movement leader’s life and impact on people across Malawi.

The ceremony will include a memorial mass and speeches celebrating Chilima’s legacy.
