Lucius Banda has written a moving homage to the former President Bingu Wa Mutharika pleading to Malawians to cast aside their political divide in mourning the deceased head of state. During Mutharika’s reign, Lucius Banda suffered not only imprisonment but his music was banned on State radio and television.
