Propagandists of the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) have resurfaced after two years of going into hibernation when the DPP lost power to former President Joyce Banda of the Peoples’ Party (PP).
Information FaceofMalawi has sourced indicates that Allan Ntata who has been alleged to be The Chief Mourner, a Facebook character that terrorised and criticized President Banda has arrived in the country.
Ntata is as well the man who was behind the License to loot report that was allegedly written to explain how President was involved in the looting of public resources in what came to be known as the Cashgate scandal. The report was presented to the British Parliament.
Ntata went on a self-imposed exile after the death of former President Bingu wa Mutharika.
Apart from Ntata, Albert Mungomo who was the President’s Press Officer has as well resurfaced with his voice in the adverts of the inauguration of Mutharika. Mungomo had been instrumental in the rallies of President Mutharika before he had fallen.
