The Public Accounts Committee (PAC) of Parliament has said it will utilize the budget review meeting to ask for funding for the holding of a fresh election.
Yesterday, the Constitutional Court made a directive to committee to source for funding which will be used to hold a fresh poll within 150 days.
This comes after the court has nullified the 21st May, 2019 presidential election on the grounds of irregularities.
PAC Chairperson Ken Kandodo said that the committee will use the budget review meeting to source for funds for the fresh elections.
