Cash Madam’s Boutique ransacked by unknown thieves in Lilongwe

Police in Lilongwe are looking for unknown thieves who broke into a shop at City Mall in Lilongwe belonging to award-winning businesswoman Dorothy Shonga well known as ‘Cash Madam’ going away with various merchandise worth millions of Kwacha.

According to multiple sources, the incident happened around 11 pm and the guards who were on providing security failed to overpower the thugs because they were armed.

The shop is named “ZOVA”, a high-end fashion store where people within the capital city and surrounding areas purchase fancy clothes.

Meanwhile, Lilongwe police are investigating the matter.

Last year in November, Shonga’s office was set ablaze by unknown people in Lilongwe on political allegations.
