A 31 year old man has been arrested in Lilongwe for allegedly trespassing into a graveyard and demolishing a tombstone for his grandfather.
Lumbadzi Police Spokesperson Felix Kwinyani confirmed of the development.
According to Kwinyani, the suspect has been identified as Yakobe Kamonjola.
Reports indicate that Kamonjola took the action after his uncle allegedly refused to give him K500 he had asked for.
Kamonjola is also being hunted by Gulewamkulu members of Dothi Village after he allegedly insulted the traditional cult.
He hails from Yeliko village, Traditional Authority (T/A) Chitukula in the district.
