Several people have sustained various degrees of injuries and have been rushed to Queen Elizabeth Central Hospital following a road accident involving a Scania Truck and 10 other cars at Shoprite roundabout in Blantyre.
According to information at hand, the driver of the truck failed to control the vehicle upon reaching the roundabout and in the processes he rammed into over 10 cars.
The accident also affected some pedestrians who have also been rushed to Queen Elizabeth Central Hospital for treatment.
The law enforcers have since rushed to the scene.
