The State has finished parading its witnesses in a case in which activist Bon Kalindo is being accused of proposing violence during the November 30, 2023 demonstrations in Mangochi.
Today, the court paraded two final witnesses from the Malawi Police Service’s department of investigation.
After parading witnesses, Senior Resident Magistrate Muhammad Maxwell Chande asked the defense and the prosecution to bring their written submissions within 14 days from today adding that the court will reconvene on February 9 to determine whether the State has a case against Kalindo.
