Media Institute of Southern Africa (Misa) Malawi, has issued a statement informing its members, partners, stakeholders and the public that their Facebook page has been hacked.
According to the statement the page has been hacked by unknown individuals who are posting content that does not align with MISA Malawi’s core values.
“The hackers are posting things that do not reflect MISA Malawi advocacy works or ideas, In the meantime, we advise all stakeholders to stop sending any messages or interacting with the page until we recover the platform,” reads part of the statement.
However, the organization is currently working with Facebook to recover the page
