Prayers to celebrate JZU Tembo’s life underway in Lilongwe (see photos)

President Dr Lazarus Chakwera is this morning attending prayers celebrating the life of late John Zenus Ungapake Tembo at Malawi Square at Bingu International Convention Centre in Lilongwe.
Tembo who was former MCP President died last week.
JZU once served in different cabinet portfolios in the country including Minister of Finance.
Vice President Dr Saulos Chilima, former President Dr Joyce Banda and cabinet ministers are among the dignitaries attending the prayers.
