Uhuru’s Former Lawyer Alleges The Outgoing President Has Always Wanted Ahead of Supreme Court Ruling

Senior counsel lawyer Ahmednassir Abdullahi has alleged what will happen should the Supreme Court of Kenya nullify deputy president Dr William Samoei Ruto’s win.

According to Ahmednassir it would be a crisis if Supreme Court led by Lady Justice Martha nullify the election and orders for a re-run.

He has claimed president Uhuru Kenyatta and his handshake patner former prime minister Raila Odinga will definitely not allow a rerun in 60 days.

Ahmednassir has argued that the Two friends will call for reconstitution of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission IEBC.

The SC claimed all these demands by Uhuru-Raila will see the run off between DP Ruto and Raila held in 2025 alleging that the head of state has always wanted to extend his tenure by Two years.

“If the Supreme Court orders a rerun,Kenyans will go the polls in 2025.H.E UHURU/Raila will not allow a rerun in 60 days.They will demand “Chebukati must go” and @IEBCKenya be reconstituted. Uhuru always desperately wanted 2 extra years. He will get it & fragile Kenya will shatter, ” Ahmednassir Abdullahi tweeted.

The Azimio La Umoja coalition are demanding that the Supreme Court should declare Mr Odinga as the rightful president elect and revoke certificate issued to UDA party leader Dr William Ruto.
