Chief Resident Magistrate Madalitso Khoswe Chimwaza is expected to deliver her ruling today on bail application by social media activist Joshua Chisa Mbele and co-accused.
Chisa Mbele and other human rights were arrested on Friday in relation with violence that erupted during the anti-government demonstrations.
The state has however, protested that the accused must be granted bail on a condition that they will not write anything about the case on social media.
The bail ruling is expected to be delivered this morning.
