Minister of Justice, Titus Mvalo will present in parliament evidence of withdrawal of charges against Martha Chizuma.
This follows a call from opposition members to suspend Parliament proceedings over the matter.
Leader of the House Richard Chimwendo Banda has told lawmakers Mvalo will be in parliament when he returns from State House where judges are due to be sworn in.
According to Chimwendo, this should not have been the case if Mvalo had a deputy.
