Tadikira Mafudza, a step-son to former President Peter Mutharika will spend his Christmas at Maula Prison where he is remanded.
Tadikira was arrested together with four other suspects last month in connection with the death of 30 people found buried in mass grave at Mtangatanga Forest in Mzimba.
Mutharika’s step son is facing human trafficking charges and is ye to take plea.
