Principal Resident Magistrate Roderick Michongwe has mandated Norman Chisale’s court appearance for the day of his scheduled bail application, slated for November 23rd.

Earlier, at around 2 o’clock this afternoon, Michongwe was poised to deliver a bail ruling but noted the absence of the accused in court.

In response to inquiries from Chisale’s lawyer, Gilbert Khonyongwa, they asserted Chisale’s indisposition, citing his recent hospital discharge and rest at home.

Consequently, the magistrate ordered that the accused be contacted via phone to proceed with the proceedings.

Currently, Chisale has arrives at the court.
