Felix Njawala, the spokesperson for the United Transformation Movement (UTM) party, has stated that their party leader, Saulos Chilima, will speak to Malawians soon.
Njawala mentioned that Malawians should be patient as there are many issues Chilima needs to address.
He emphasized that many Malawians are eager to hear what Chilima has to say.
Earlier today the UTM leader Chilima appeared before High Court in Lilongwe where he was answering charges related to corruption.
The court has ordered the State to file the documents (evidence) being requested by Vice President Saulos Chilima and it also discharged him from two of the five counts.
Njawala said the party is happy with the ruling and now Chilima’s lawyers will concentrate on the few counts remaining.
