Information Minister Moses Kunkuyu Wins MCP Primary for Dedza-Mlunduni Constituency

Information Minister Moses Kunkuyu has emerged victorious in the Malawi Congress Party (MCP) primary election for the Dedza-Mlunduni constituency, held at the Dedza sports ground.
Kunkuyu secured a commanding 1,073 votes, defeating the current MCP Member of Parliament, Ishmael Onani, who received 273 votes.
Other contenders in the race included Kondi Msungama, who garnered 19 votes, and Hamissi Wadi, who managed 15 votes.
With this victory, Kunkuyu becomes the official MCP candidate for the upcoming September 16 parliamentary election in the Dedza-Mlunduni constituency.
