Former President Peter Mutharika’s stepson Tadikira Mafubza has arrived at the Court to be formerly charged and also apply for bail.
Some notable faces at the Court are former President Mutharika’s security aide Norman Chisale, Chimwemwe Chipungu Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) Member of Parliament for Thyolo South West Chimwemwe Chipungu.
Tadikira is accused of having a hand in the death of 30 people who were found buried in a mass grave in Mzimba district.
