Ballot papers for 10th November by-elections arrives in the country

Ballot papers for parliamentary By-elections slated to take place on Tuesday next week in Lilongwe NorthWest and Karonga Central have arrived in the country from Dubai. Malawi Electoral Commission (Mec) officials and various party representatives witnessed the arrival at Kamuzu International Airport this afternoon.
