This is a video of the Fake Sign Language guy at Nelson Mandela’s Memorial who was also at the African National Congress (ANC) Centenery Celebrations in Bloemfontein. It has been reported that the man is a repeat offender.
The embarrassing incident took place at the same FNB Stadium in Soweto that saw crowds booing President Jacob Zuma of South Africa during the Nelson Mandela Memorial.
