Chinkhoma Tobacco Auction Floors now open

Chinkhoma Tobacco Auction Floors in Kasungu has become the second Tobacco market to open its doors.

On Monday, Minister of Agriculture, Irrigation and Water Development Francis Kasaila officially opened the Kanengo Auction Floors.

AHL group has offered 2,181 Barley tobacco bales on contract for sale.

Japanese Tobacco International and Limbe Leaf Tobacco companies are the buyers today.

Maximum price is 2 dollar 40 cents per Kilogram while the lowest is 90 cents per Kilogram.
