Former presidential security aide, Norman Chisale will have to wait a bit longer to know whether or not he has a case to answer in the fake certificate case.
The Senior Resident Magistrate court in Lilongwe was expected to make the ruling today, May 5.
The ruling has however been shifted to a yet-to-be-announced date, as the presiding magistrate is not available.
Chisale is being accused of personating a person named in a certificate, presenting false information to a public officer, and intimidating.
