There is drama at parliament as two chief whips of the former ruling Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) are attending a Business Committee meeting at Parliament.
According to reports, the embattled vice for the south Kondwani Nankhumwa arrived at the meeting with his own chief whip Julius Mwase.
At the same time Symon Vuwa Kaunda has also arrived at the meeting in his capacity as DPP’s chief whip as he was appointed by the party’s president Peter Mutharika.
The development has left the meeting at stand still.
